FAQ's

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 1-2 days for personalisation of your product. Shipping will be calculated on top of this. Express Delivery will take 1-2 working days to arrive and Standard Delivery between 2-5 working days.

My order has not arrived. What should I do?

If you have received a tracking number for your order, please use this to track your parcel. If it has passed the maximum shipping times (please see our 'Shipping Policies' or as above) then please contact us: kelliottdesigns@gmail.com. 

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive a tracking number by email and/or text message (from the contact details provided during the checkout process). This will allow you to track your parcel during the delivery process and should give updates as to when your parcel is out for delivery. Please check junk mail folders if you have not received anything.

I would like to order a gift to be sent direct to the recipient. Is this possible?

Yes! Please enter your recipient's details and a note making us aware of this at the checkout. We will make sure not to include any of your order details in the parcel. 

I am looking for a custom design. Is this possible?

Yes. We are open to creating custom designs. For any help with this, please email us: kelliottdesigns@gmail.com, or alternatively fill out our contact form (link at the bottom of the page). We can then discuss any thoughts and ideas you may have in creating your design.

 I am a business looking to create custom merchandise in large quantities. Is this possible?
